What Our Collision Repair Covers

01 — Frame & Structural
Precision Structural Repairs You Can Trust
Hidden structural damage is what makes a collision truly dangerous. Using laser alignment and precision measuring equipment, we restore your vehicle’s structural integrity before any bodywork begins — not just the surface.

02 — Insurance Assistance
We Handle The Insurance So You Don’t Have To
Town Line Auto works directly with all major insurance companies — handling communication, documentation, and supplements from day one. We make sure you get the coverage you’re entitled to for a proper, certified repair.

03 — Factory-Certified
Repaired To Manufacturer Standards — Every Time
Our I-CAR certified team follows manufacturer-approved procedures for every make and model, including Subaru and GM. Your vehicle is repaired to the exact safety standards it was built to — not just made to look good on the outside.

04 — Paint & Refinishing
A Finish So Good You Can’t Tell Where The Damage Was
Our full paint center features a Titan paint booth with precision color-matching technology. Whether it’s a single panel or a full repaint, our finish blends seamlessly with your vehicle’s original color.

05 — Safety & Systems
ADAS & Safety Systems Restored After Every Repair
Modern vehicles rely on sensors, cameras, and advanced safety systems that can be affected by a collision. We calibrate and restore ADAS, airbag systems, and structural safety components so your vehicle is as safe as before the accident.
Our Collision Repair Process
Full transparency at every step — you’ll always know exactly where your vehicle stands.
STEP 01
Initial Assessment
When your vehicle arrives, our team inspects the damage thoroughly and photographs it from multiple angles — including mileage and VIN. We capture your contact and insurance information and prepare a detailed estimate, typically within 48 hours. If insurance is involved, we contact your adjuster directly and coordinate on any missed damage. Insurance companies have 10 days to approve the initial estimate.
STEP 02
Scheduling for Repairs
Once the estimate is approved by you or your insurance company, we schedule repairs based on parts availability. Repairs typically range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on damage and parts lead times. If your insurer sends the initial check to you, bring it at drop-off or any time prior. Any supplemental damage found during repairs will be handled directly with your insurer.
STEP 03
Drop Off
When you drop off your vehicle, you’ll sign an authorization form giving us approval to begin repairs. This form also authorizes your insurance company to send any supplemental payments directly to the shop — so if additional damage is found, you won’t need to wait for another check before we complete the job.
STEP 04
Repair Process
Your vehicle is pre-washed to remove contaminants, then tagged and pre-scanned — a manufacturer requirement before any repair begins. It is then assigned to a technician who begins disassembly. Any additional damage found is documented on a supplement and your insurer is notified immediately. In New York State, the insurance company has 48 hours to approve a supplement before work can resume.
